Climbing while Pregnant
Heidi climbed her entire pregnancy. Here was was only a couple months in. Later on, she upgraded to a full body harness which kept her tummy area open and was very comfortable. Her doctor gave her the go ahead because she’s been climbing for so long and her body is used to it. If you have questions about climbing and pregnancy….comment, and we’ll try to answer them.
