32 weeks pregnant, DHA with prenantal? question for pregnant women or moms?
I take my prenatals every day, my docter gave me a sample bag, with vitamins etc, inside. There is a DHA supplement called Expecta , do I take that with my prenatals or just alone. It doesn’t say and I’m pretty sure its an extra supplement.Does anyone have advie or use this?
