Project SEARCH/Indiana is an affiliate of Project SEARCH National established at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Project SEARCH / Indiana is a collaborative effort of the following: State of Indiana, Family & Social Services Administration/Office of Vocational Rehabilitation • Funder Community Health Network • Training Site and Employer Easter Seals Crossroads • Job Coaching and Job Accommodations Provider Indianapolis Public Schools • Educational Provider Indiana University / Indiana Institute on Disability and Community • Technical Assistance Provider
