I was having pretty bad morning sickness, but I bought the seasick bracelet, very inexpensive, and it kind of helped with it. I tried ginger and it didn’t work.
Meanwhile, during the sickness and pain, I created pregnantandfunny to help us have some fun

Regarding the advice to brush your teeth often. It’s usually advised to try to wait an hour after vomiting before brushing teeth since it can be hard on your enamel, as teeth are covered in gastric acids. Try to swish some water and spit it out before brushing your teeth twenty times per day.

I was enjoying pregnancy up until about a week ago when I started to have morning sickness, and it’s just getting worse! I’m only six weeks and I know I’ve got another 6 weeks or more to get through, feeling like this! Salty crisps don’t work for me, and I’ve got that way I don’t want to eat or drink because I know it’ll just come straight back up )= I’ll try some of these, it’s worth a try at least! Hope it works *fingers crossed*. Does any of this work for other expecting mums?
