It’s Your Move – Ep. 2 Put to the Test Part 1

This still has the commercials in it, which is kind of cool since a lot of them I remember quite well from when I was young. Jason Bateman was 15/16 years old when he was on this show and his voice still hasn’t changed. It didn’t change until he was on Valerie a year later when it was MUCH deeper. He doesn’t strike me as a late bloomer, but his voice clearly changed late.

Is this the reason Jason left Silver Spoons, I just remember thinking this character was very similar but Matt wasn’t as big as jerk that Derek was in SS.
I love the commericials as well, probably been 25 years since I’ve seen them but it feels like it was a few hours ago.

I was 13 turning 14 when “It’s Your Move” debuted and really liked it. Loved the checkerboard opening.
Hard to believe that this was 25 years ago and Jason Bateman is 40(which is what I’ll be in about 14 months).
This was a great show and it was too bad that it only lasted one season. Maybe Shout Factory will put this out on DVD?
