    Hope you feel better! I won’t rag on you for smoking, I’m just glad you aren’t smoking as much as you were before! Maybe try to smoke one less each day to totally kick the habit

    @Kookie219 yeah they were telling me the risks which I already knew trying to get me to quit when I first found out I was pregnant and like I told them it’ll happen I just have to give it time then when I last went they said ny headaches could be a withdrawl symptom. But I’ll quit slowly instead of all of a sudden.

    Happy that you have made it to the mid point of your pregnancy. . hold on tight because the end of it flies by really quickly. Now for a stress reliever we going to have to work on that there are other alternatives that you can do( gotta keep you and baby healthy). We have an appointment on the same day and I’m looking foward to hearing about your ultrasound. .
