Does anyone know if it is advised to drink 2% or more rather than 1% or skim milk, either for the development of the baby, absorption of vitamin D or calcium, etc.? I know children aren’t supposed to have low-fat milk because the fat helps in brain development and I was wondering if there was similar advice for pregnant women. Thanks!
