A litter of ten puppies. This poor dog was abandoned in a horrible way while pregnant. My mum temporarily adopted her for the RSPCA and looked after her. Then the puppies arrived and they were in shock that there was ten of them! The puppies and the mum are healthy and almost ready to be adopted. I hope you enjoy this video. Rescued German Shepherd puppies chase a small child. Taken on April 19, 2005. The party was in honor of the puppies and the team of puppy raisers, right before the puppies went to their new homes. This was ONE litter of puppies. Their mom had been abandoned while pregnant and was going to be euthanized by animal control; we rescued the mom and took care of the puppies for 12 weeks. They were spayed/neutered, microchipped and vaccinated before they went to new homes through German Shepherd Rescue of Northern California.
