Getting safe hair extensions when pregnant

I wanted to add highlights, length and body to my hair during my pregnancy, but I wanted a technique that would not damage my hair and would be comfortable to wear. I became a model for UK academy of beauty and really liked the new hook and latch technique.

Is it safe to take prenatal vitamins for hair growth?

I am nearly seventeen, and I am not pregnant. As a matter of fact, I am even on a birth control medication.

I would like to grow my hair very long. I have researched online and found that taking prenatal vitamins often gives positive results in growing long, healthy hair.

Although, I do wonder: Is this a safe method? Especially considering the fact that I am already on a birth control medication; could this in any way be harmful?

I’m thinking of taking prenatals for hair/etc (not pregnant). Is this vitamin safe?

I know it’s important not to go crazy with the iron and some other nutrients if you aren’t pregnant. This one seems reasonable to me, is there anything I should be concerned about?

Is it safe to take an extra vitamin D pill and vitamin C pill with a prenatal vitamin?

I have read that stretch marks are caused internally not externally and that vitamin C and D can help prevent them. I am currently pregnant and am taking prenatal vitamins. I do not want to take extra D and C if it is going to hurt me or my baby.
