I am nearly seventeen, and I am not pregnant. As a matter of fact, I am even on a birth control medication.
I would like to grow my hair very long. I have researched online and found that taking prenatal vitamins often gives positive results in growing long, healthy hair.
Although, I do wonder: Is this a safe method? Especially considering the fact that I am already on a birth control medication; could this in any way be harmful?

I know it’s important not to go crazy with the iron and some other nutrients if you aren’t pregnant. This one seems reasonable to me, is there anything I should be concerned about?

I have read that stretch marks are caused internally not externally and that vitamin C and D can help prevent them. I am currently pregnant and am taking prenatal vitamins. I do not want to take extra D and C if it is going to hurt me or my baby.

I got several different samples of prenatal vitamins from my doctor but they all make me really sick to my stomach, I read online that a lot of women are taking Flinstone Vitamins with Iron. Is this a suitable substitute?
