I think my dog is pregnant and her teats are dropping but they are showing no signs of milk in them!!

She is only 4 weeks pregnant today.

I was doing regular cardio and strength trainning prior to becoming pregnant, but was working 2 jobs so had to stop training as I had no time. I have cut down on my work and am only working evenings now, and have the time to start excercising again. I just joined up with a gym and have a session with a personal trainer to go through some safe excercises for pregnant women, but its not for 2 weeks and I am keen to start asap, any advice? I am 21 weeks pregnant. Also how long can you keep excercising up untill, full term?

Im 3 weeks pregnant (Doctors will say im 5 weeks) women say they just know when they’re pregnant because they can feel it. I dont understand what makes u feel that way? My boobs have been agony for weeks now but when will the morning sickness start kicking in?

I’m 11 weeks prego and haven’t started prenatal vitamins. My doc gave me a prescription, but I have had such bad morning (24 hour) sickness, I’m affraid they are going to make me sicker.
