What is the first appointment like, what prenatal vitamins should I take?
Ok this is my first pregnancy, and this will be the first baby in my family, since my little brother which was17 years ago, so there advice is good, just some what outdated.
I wanted to know what the first doctors appointment is like. I am 9 weeks pregnant and I need to go soon, really soon, right? What should I expect and what should I take with me to this first appointment?
Also, What prenatal vitamins do you recommend that I can find at the local drug store?
