Its relaxing effect, combined with abdominal breathing and a meditative state, can help mothers discover the peace of mind, harmony, and well-being for a totally fulfilling pregnancy. You will need a comfortable mat on which to lie down. Spend a few minutes in this position daily to stay relaxed during your pregnancy.
